The Hance Park in downtown Phoenix is undergoing a redesign. The plans for the 32 acre space will be unveiled Thursday March 27, 2014, 5-8 PM during a public celebration at the east side of the park at Central Avenue. K-BACH's Sterling Beeaff spoke with Phillip Weddle, architect and project director.
